For Car Rentals: After you complete your booking, our Customer Service will contact the Service Provider to confirm your reservation request. Once confirmed, you will receive your car rental Voucher. For standard bookings, this Voucher will be sent up to 72 hours prior to the pick-up time.

*Please note that for bookings made less than 48 hours before the rental start time, the Voucher may be sent at a later time, but no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled pick-up.

For Flights: after you complete your booking, your request will be processed with the airline or ticket Service Provider. Once the ticket is successfully issued, you will receive confirmation via email. Such confirmation will be sent to you promptly but not later than in 24 hours after the booking.

*Please note that confirmation email will serve as your proof of purchase and will contain your booking reference (PNR).

**If you don’t receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after the booking, please double -check your email, including spam or junk folders. or contact our Support Service.

For Car Rentals: Pictures of cars shown on the search page are for illustrative purposes only. The vehicle provided at pick-up may differ in color or specifications from the one displayed.

EconomyBookings cannot guarantee a specific make or model of car. The vehicle listed on your voucher represents the most common vehicle for its class. You will be provided with that model if available; otherwise, you will receive a comparable substitute or a free upgrade to a vehicle of a higher class.

For Flights: Information displayed on the search page, such as aircraft type or seat maps, is provided by the airline and is subject to change without notice. The operating carrier for your flight may differ from the airline you booked with (a "codeshare" flight). Any such changes are governed by the airline's Terms and Conditions.

EconomyBookings is not responsible for changes in aircraft, seat allocation, or operating carrier made by the airline.

For Car Rentals: carefully review the country, pick-up/drop-off locations, dates, and times of your rental period. To avoid occurrence of a “No-Show” event it is crucial for you to carefully review Terms & Conditions of the chosen Service Provider, including getting acquainted with the applicable “grace period”.

*Please note that you are responsible for selecting a realistic pick-up time after your arrival at the destination.

For Flights:

• carefully review that all passenger names are spelled exactly as they appear on their government-issued passport. It is the your responsibility to ensure all passenger names are entered correctly, exactly as they appear on their government-issued travel document (e.g., passport);
• verify the departure and arrival airports, dates, times, layover durations, baggage allowance, and any visa or transit requirements for your destination and any connecting countries;
• you are fully responsible for all passengers’ Passports/Visas/Transit or other travel documents to be in order are valid for travel to your chosen destination.

EconomyBookings don’t advise on entry rules.

Failure to present the above information, may result in being denied car pick-up, boarding or incurring significant fees for which EconomyBookings is not liable.

For Car Rentals: It is allowed to pick up a car at one location and drop it off at another. An additional "one-way fee" may apply in this case. This fee is typically not included in the rental price indicated during the reservation and is payable directly to the car rental provider at the counter.

For Flights: The price indicated at the time of booking may not include ancillary services such as checked baggage, seat selection, in-flight meals, or priority boarding. These services are offered and managed directly by the airline. Any fees for such services are payable to the airline, either during online check-in or at the airport, and are subject to the airline's own terms and fee structure.

*Please note that for more detailed information it is important for you to carefully review the Service Provider’s Terms & Conditions (for car rentals or airlines).

Service Provider Liability: EconomyBookings displays Service Provider's terms and conditions on the website as approved by the Service Provider at the current time.

EconomyBookings bears no responsibility towards you if the terms and conditions of the particular Service Provider change. It is the Service Provider’s sole responsibility to inform you on such changes in accordance with the applicable local regulation.

For flights: you are bound by the airline's "Conditions of Carriage."

For car rentals: you are bound by the "Rental Agreement" provided at the counter.

For Car Rentals: (Price Drop Rebooking Service)

This clause applies exclusively to fully prepaid car rental reservations.

For Flights: (Booking Changes and Modifications)

This clause refers to changes initiated by you after a ticket has been issued.

This policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancellations and refunds for both Car Rental and Flight services booked through EconomyBookings.

By proceeding with booking of services on EconomyBookings platform you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to the policy indicated in the point 4 of the Conditions.

you can initiate a cancellation in two ways:

• Online via your User Profile (recommended): Cancellation is available in "My Bookings" section after signing in.
• By contacting Customer Support: you may also request a cancellation by contacting our Customer Support team via email or phone.

Cancellation requests submitted to Customer Support of EconomyBookings may take up to 48 hours to be processed. For time-sensitive cancellations, EconomyBookings strongly advise using the self-service option in your User Profile referred to point 4.1.2.

Time of cancellation will commence from the moment the request is processed by EconomyBookings system (for online cancellations) or is received by EconomyBookings Customer Support team (for support requests).

For Flights: Airline tickets are subject to the fare rules of the specific airline at the time of booking.

For your convenience, the applicable fare rules can be checked with our Customer Support by providing your confirmation number.

For Flights: If you wish to cancel a flight booking, you must submit a cancellation request by contacting Customer Support.

• EconomyBookings will then verify the applicable fare rules with the airline to determine if any refund is possible;
• If a refund is permitted by the airline, it will be subject to any cancellation fees charged by the airline, as well as an administrative service fee from EconomyBookings for processing the cancellation.
• The final refundable amount will be communicated to you for confirmation before the cancellation is finalized. Any applicable refund will be credited to your E-Wallet or original payment method, according to the Conditions.
• For "non-refundable" tickets, no refund of the ticket price is possible. Regardless, you may still be eligible to claim back certain government and airport taxes. The processing of such tax refunds is subject to an administrative fee.

For Car Rentals: You may cancel your booking through your User Profile or by contacting Customer Support. To receive a full refund, cancellation must be initiated by you up to 48 hours prior to the pick-up.

• The refunded amount will be credited to your E-Wallet (previously created by you) by default in the form of BookingCredit™. You may then withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings on EconomyBookings platform.
• If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, no refund will be provided.

You may request a refund for a canceled booking within six (6) months from the cancellation date.

This does not apply to additional bonuses or extra amounts granted by EconomyBookings.

A Car Rental No-Show includes:

• Failure to collect the car at the scheduled date and time without prior cancellation according to the Cancellation Policy.
• Failure to provide all necessary documentation required by the Service Provider or local regulation (e.g., voucher, valid driving license(s), passport/ID).
• Failure to provide a valid credit card in the main driver's name with sufficient funds available for the security deposit.

*In the rarest cases Service Provider may deny services to you at its own discretion. EconomyBookings are not responsible for such events, but will assist you to the extent possible.

A Flight No-Show includes:

• Failure to check-in for the flight within the airline's specified deadline;
• Failure to arrive at the boarding gate on time;
• Failure to provide all necessary travel documents required by the Service Provider, customs or local regulation (e.g., passport, visas, transit visas, proof of onward travel);
• Being denied boarding by the airline for any reason (e.g., security concerns, intoxication, invalid documents);
• Other events that are not indicated above but are considered as a “No-Show” event by a respective Service Provider according to their Terms and Conditions.

For Car Rentals: To modify a booking (e.g., dates, location, car class), you must cancel the current booking and create a new one. The amount paid for the original booking will be refunded to your E-Wallet as BookingCredit™ (provided the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before pick-up), which can be used to pay for the new booking.

*Please note that any modification may result in a price change.

The payment deducted by EconomyBookings consists of the price of the service (car rental or flight fare),payments for any additional products purchased on EconomyBookings platform,such as Full Coverage for car rentals. This payment is held by EconomyBookings.

For car rentals, this payment will not be mentioned in the separate rental agreement you sign with the Service Provider.

For flights, this payment constitutes the purchase of the ticket from the airline via EconomyBookings.

Available payment methods are displayed on EconomyBookings platform at the checkout steps.

• For Car Rentals:
While you may make the reservation online with a debit card, you must present a physical credit card in the main driver's name at the rental desk. This is a mandatory requirement from the Service Provider of car rental services for the security deposit (see point 5.4). Without it, the respective Service Provider may refuse to release the vehicle, and this will be treated by EconomyBookings as a No-Show with no refund.
• For Flights:
The credit or debit card used for the online booking is for the purchase of the ticket only. You are not required to present this card at the airport.

Prices on EconomyBookings platform may be displayed in various currencies for your convenience. Final price displayed shall be based on daily updated exchange rates. The final charge will be processed in one of the primary currencies.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rates and transaction fees, for which EconomyBookings is not responsible.

Affirm Payments: Affirm provides "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) options, allowing you to spread payments over a fixed period. This is subject to an eligibility check by Affirm. The single-use virtual card issued by Affirm can only be used for the prepayment amount on the EconomyBookings website and cannot be used for any remaining balance or security deposit at the car rental counter.

*Please note that this option is currently available for U.S. customers only.

The credit card presented must be in the main driver's name and have sufficient funds for the deposit amount. Debit cards, prepaid cards, electronic-use-only cards, and cards issued by neobanks are generally not accepted for the security deposit.

*Please note that those credit cards presented in the person’s name that are NOT the main driver, may be rejected by the car rental Service Provider. In such a case EconomyBookings will treat such an event as a No-show. You are fully liable for providing a credit card in accordance with Conditions.

For Flights: Confirmation email sent by EconomyBookings is your proof of purchase. It contains your booking reference (PNR).

This information will be required to manage your booking, check-in online with the airline, and as proof of an onward/return journey if required by the respective authorities.

The price quoted on EconomyBookings does not include any potential currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees levied by your credit card provider.

EconomyBookings is not responsible for any discrepancy between the price shown on our website and the final amount charged to your card due to these fees or the exchange rates used by your bank.

EconomyBookings makes every effort to ensure that prices quoted at the time a reservation is made on this booking engine are accurate in all material respects. Nonetheless, EconomyBookings reserves the right to amend the price quoted in the case of a manifest or patent error.

EconomyBookings will endeavor to notify you as soon as reasonably possible if a price quoted at the time of booking was incorrect.

For Car Rentals: The Quoted Price typically,, includes the following unless it is clearly stated otherwise during the booking process:

• Unlimited mileageLocal taxes (VAT), road tax, and standard airport charges;Basic 24-hour breakdown assistance;
• Mandatory third-party liability insurance;
• Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP), which often carry an excess (deductible) amount.

For Flights: The Quoted Price for an airline ticket includes:

• The base airfare as set by the respective airline;
• All applicable government-imposed taxes, airport fees, and security charges;
• Any carrier-imposed surcharges (e.g., fuel surcharges) that are mandatory for the ticket purchase;
• The carry-on and/or checked baggage allowance as specified by the airline for the particular fare purchased. This allowance will be clearly indicated during the booking process.

For Car Rentals: The following costs are generally not included in the prepaid price and are payable directly to the car rental provider at the pick-up location. This is not an exhaustive list.

• Additional Drivers: fees for authorizing persons other than the main driver to operate the vehicle;
• Additional Extras: optional equipment such as child seats, GPS navigation units, roof racks, etc. These are subject to local availability and must be requested at the time of booking. EconomyBookings cannot guarantee their availability;
• One-Way Fees: a surcharge for returning the vehicle to a location different from the pick-up location. This fee, if applicable, is payable locally;
• Fuel: rental policies on fuel vary (e.g., Full-to-Full, Pre-purchase). Any refueling charges are paid locally;
• Any additional insurance taken out locally to reduce the excess (e.g., Super CDW);
• fees for out-of-hours service, cross-border travel, or special driving permits.

For Flights: the following services and fees are generally not included in the initial ticket price unless explicitly stated during the booking process. These fees are payable directly to the airline.

• Checked Baggage: Fees for any checked baggage beyond the allowance included with your fare;
• Excess Baggage: Charges for baggage that exceeds the weight or size limits set by the airline;
• Seat Selection: Many airlines charge a fee for pre-selecting a specific seat (e.g., window, aisle, extra legroom);
• Onboard Ancillaries: Fees for in-flight meals, beverages, Wi-Fi, entertainment, or other onboard services;
• Travel Insurance: Personal travel and medical insurance is not included and is highly recommended;Visas and Health Requirements: you are solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any required travel visas, transit visas, or health documentation for their destination and any transit points.

All complaints are logged and reviewed by our customer relations team. Renasco confirms receipt of each complaint and ensures that it is examined objectively and impartially. If more information or time is needed, we will contact you during the process. Complaints are handled free of charge, and all related data is kept confidential.

Response to Complaints

Renasco will provide a written, reasoned response within 20 days from the date your complaint is received. If, due to objective reasons, we cannot respond within this period, we will notify you and specify the extended date for our final reply. Responses are sent using the same communication channel through which the complaint was received, unless you request otherwise.
