  • Another Steve Jobs mystery...

Steve Jobs, the CEO of Apple, had some things that have become his trademark. His black turtleneck, with high neck, blue jeans and white sneakers.

However, there was one more thing, which never changed. Favorite and invariable car of iPhone inventor was silver Mercedes-Benz SL 55 AMG which he liked to operate.
There was never any license plate on his car that allowed an occasion to some "experts" to declare that founder of Apple thoughtlessly concerned payment of penal receipts. Other hearing asserted that Jobs had a certain arrangement with the authorities, which allowed him not to establish license plates. John Callas, the man who was involved in Apple's security, has denied all the allegations.

In fact, everything was much easier. Steve (or someone from its entourage) has found a gap in the law of California. According to the law, license plates should be established not later than six months after purchasing a new car.

Jobs entered into an agreement with the dealership for which he received every six months, a new silver Mercedes-Benz SL 55 AMG, and the old one, exactly the same, returned back. Thus, it was convenient to both Jobs and a Mercedes as it exposed on sale the car, which Steve Jobs was riding.
