Canada got best reputation in the world
New York Reputation Institute made a list of 50 countries with best reputation. Top spot in this list got Canada. Researchers valued such categories as confidence, respect, admiration and good feelings, which experience or not experience people who live in participant countries.
Besides, researchers paid close attention to living standards, safety rate and attitude to environment. Canada has high rates in all of this categories.
As a result, researchers came to conclusion, that country reputation depends on advanced economy, environmental care and effective government.
Next on the list are Sweden, Australia, Switzerland and New Zealand. In the last three years these countries show consistently good results. Their reputation is based on democracy, high per capita GDP, propaganda of active living, well-developed political system and neutrality in international conflicts. The lowest reputation got Pakistan, Iran and Iraq. USA and China are in the middle of the list.
