Face-control on a beach

The authorities of Bulgaria this year tries to enter the new face-control system on resorts of Solar coast. All resort's visitors should have to carry their documents to prove the identity. Representatives inspectors will check all «suspicious persons» - especially taxi drivers and prostitutes. A special attention will be given to suspicious bags and suitcases. According to the authorities of Bulgaria, such measures are aimed at ensuring the safety of the tourists. But still not clear, by what criteria «beach inspectors» will be guided to define suspicious persons. Whether there will be it verification with the list of criminals, or suspiciousness will be measured by eye?
