In ten years traffic rules in EU will be general
There will be general traffic rules settled in the European Union countries till 2020 with a purpose of reducing death rate in road accidents and securing the road safety. In 2009 more than 35,000 people died on EU roads in car accidents. It's 33% less than in 2001, but EU wants to cut it twice till 2020. There will be 103 new measures to ensure road safety like unified road regulations and direction signs, road standards, exploitation and alcohol limit in driver's blood. And also adjust new general speed limit for all European cities – 30 km/h.
