Dodge Charger Daytona limited edition will be introduced at the Auto Show in Los Angeles. The company is going to release just 2,500 sedans with a 370 hp V8 engine notable for alternate body design and readjusted running gear.

Chrysler had already manufactured a car called Daytona in 1969-1970 – it was a racing modification of Dodge Charger coupe, which became famous among others for its extremely developed aerodynamic elements.

During the period from 2006 to 2009 there had been manufactured a special edition of four-door Charger named after its legendary ancestor. And in 2013 it will be manufactured as a limited edition of Daytona of two and a half thousand cars.

These Daytona cars will be fitted with a 370 hp V8 Hemi engine. Limited edition would be identified by one of four body colors: white, silver, black or a traditional blue, brushed black radiator grill, fitting peaces on the hood, spoilers and information code plates.

Besides, sedan will be fitted with a sports interior, 20-inch wheel disks, understeering gear-change with a sports mode and readjusted steering gear. Dodge Charger Daytona will be first introduced in Los Angeles and will hit the USA market in the first quarter of 2013 at the price of at least 32,990 USD.
