  • Aspid announced new carbonic four-seater

    There are now two models in a model range of the sports cars manufacturer's Aspid from Spain. A new car developed by the company is called GT-21 Invictus.

    It has an extraordinary design, BMW engine and should be more outstanding, powerful and luxurious than its predecessor – 2008 SS sports car made in a Lotus Seven style.

    The new rear-driven coupe is built over an aluminum frame and in its body construction are used carbon and other composite materials. Invictus is 4.5 meters long and weighs just 990 kg. It is fitted with 4.4L turbocharged V8 BMW engine developing 450 hp and accelerates up to 100 kph less than in 3 seconds and up to 200 kph – in 10.6 seconds. Its maximum speed should be more than 300 kph.

    Control panel display will be integrated into a sports car's steering wheel, the car will get heavy break gear with 400-m disks, 19-inch wheel disks on the front axle and 20-inch on the rear axle. Aspid expects to release maximum 250 GT-21 Invictus cars a year and the price of it is not known yet.
