    Hot Pic Title

Radars that calculate the average speed of a car are going to be set up in the near future on the roads in France.

From now on there will not only be radars that measure maximum speed at the time of driving on the French roads, but other radars as well, in order to calculate an average speed. These new radars will measure the driving speed of a car between two nearest points and calculate an average speed on this leg of the route. The first radar will be set up on the road RN57, the next one – on The Saint-Nazaire bridge, and the third one – on the road RN21.

Such radars are being put into service to reduce the number of accidents in danger areas. They make it possible to keep an eye on the drivers over a distance of one kilometer making them to obey the speed limit. This method is especially effective against those drivers who like to let down the speed in front of the radar and then instantly gather it.

This device was immediately approved by the road services because it will help to deal with those drivers who like to cheat on the stationary radars.
