    According to recent research, 65% tourist in Great Britain going abroad visit familiar fast food restaurants to have a meal. And 59% tourists admit they avoid local cuisine on purpose. Two-thirds of British tourists eat in McDonald's, Burger King and KFC and prefer English pubs to local bars.

    Only 29% British tourists note that cuisine matters to them while on vacation. 18% British tourists prefer Japanese cuisine and 16% – Eastern cuisine.

    Tourists from Wales do not like gastronomic experiments and travelers from the East of England are ready to taste new dishes.

    However, 51% British tourists admit, they would taste local cuisine while abroad in case they will be advised what to eat and had guaranteed safety.

    With car rental through British tourists can take gastronomic tour in any country they want.
