    Hot Pic Title

Images of the new sports coupe Peugeot RCZ R, the most powerful production vehicle of the French manufacturer ever, are finally introduced officially.

From the exterior new Peugeot looks very similar to the same-name concept-car unveiled at the Motor Show in Paris, France. It only has different tail light housing, spoiler, third brake light and a wider range of enamel paint. However, what really makes this car special, is situated under the hood. There is a 1.6L 270 hp turbocharged four-cylinder engine running together with a five-speed manual transmission. French engineers also fitted RCZ R with a limited-slip differential Torsen and new cooling and exhaust systems.

The result was not slow to arrive. Peugeot RCZ R, 1,280 kg in size, is able to accelerate to the speed of 100 kph, with the maximum speed of 250 kph limited by electronics. But the most interesting thing is that this car at the same time is pretty much fuel efficient with a fuel consumption of just 5.25L per 100 km.

Peugeot is going to give all details on a new car this Friday at the Goodwood Festival of Speed. It will be introduced to a wider audience in this year's September at the Motor Show in Frankfurt, Germany. It is not known yet how much will a new car cost, but this is a sure bet that it won't be cheap.
