Tourists have now the opportunity to visit The Statue of Liberty in New York City and The Grand Canyon in the state of Arizona. The Mount Rushmore National Memorial located in the state of South Dakota, featuring sculptures of the heads of four United States presidents carved into the hillside, is open for visitors as well as parks and monuments in Utah and Colorado.

The US government decided to continue financing national memorials in order to not lose the money: tourists bring hundreds of thousands of dollars to the public purse every day, moreover, fall is a high season for some of the national parks.
