I was VERY hesitate to keep my rental car after reading all the negative reviews. My personal experience though was a breeze. There were 2 groups of people in front of me at the counter and when I got to the counter, the worker was extremely friendly and helpful. I did have my voucher and a credit card, not debit card with my name on it. Which made it super easy….EVERYTHING matched! I think that’s where a lot of the negative reviews come from. You need to have a credit card…NOT a debit card with the name of the driver on it. We got the type of car we registered for. We did have to wait about 20 to 30 minutes for our car, but overall it was a positive experience. Drop of was super easy too. Took less then 10 minutes and everything checked out perfect. We didn’t owe extra and we weren’t charged anything extra either. Would book again.

Clean car with the extras: Bluetooth, plugs for phone, everything you need to run maps, music from your phone, and 0ease of making calls or leaving messages. Just ask SIRI and she makes it all happen; you don t have to take your hands off the wheel or your eyes off the road.
