Initially, we got the wrong car. The same day, the correct car was delivered to us at our resort. Understandable mix-up, but superior customer service.
Royal Rentals were great. I had booked too small a car for our luggage so I swapped it for a larger hybrid car which was excellent. They made it super easy to change the car and were incredibly helpful about everything. When I returned the car Manos even then drove my daughter and I over to the terminal entrance and dropped us there to make it easier for us to manage our luggage.
The pick-up and drop-off process was very easy. The representative was pleasant and helpful. The car was clean and in great condition.
