How do I withdraw funds from the E-Wallet to my original payment method?

Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The amount will be credited to your E-Wallet as BookingCredit™. To withdraw the funds to the original payment method, please follow the link in the cancellation confirmation email.

You will see your Accepted/Pending/Past bookings. Click on the green button "Overview". Scroll down to find the button "CANCEL" - continue with cancellation. Click on Cancel & Receive xxx EUR Credit. When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.
