The car was great but what mostly stood out for us was the friendly service from the staff. Adam picked us up from the airport and dropped us back, going out of his way to get us close to departures when we were running late on the return leg. He could not have been more friendly and helpful. Zayn was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. On the paperwork side he happily helped us navigate through a problem we had with our credit card. We also had a navigation error on our return journey which led to a delay in bringing the car back and caused some stress our our side which he professionally and cheerfully defused. He made the paperwork process which can often feel tedious, seem easy and even enjoyable. He s a great asset to the team.
