War alles bestens. Vor allem die Rückgabe war ultraschnell, problemlos und unbürokratisch. Schlüssel an Mitarbeiter übergeben - fertig! Ab in den Shuttle-Bus zum Flughafen-Terminal. Bei der Abholung konnten wir sogar eins von mehreren Autos auswählen. Leider hat das von uns ausgewählte Auto nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen. Wir haben das im Büro angesprochen. Uns wurde sofort ein anderes Fahrzeug angeboten, das uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Top-Service!

Everything worked as planned. Just wished DTW had car rentals on site. You have to haul bags on a shuttle off site for all car rental companies

As usual, very long wait in line...my only complaint. Evelyn helped check me in and was professional, friendly and very helpful. All of the staff are pleasant and seem to enjoy their jobs.
