You will be asked to provide necessary documentation related to the accident, we will carefully examine it and transfer the compensation amount to your E-Wallet if your claim falls under the Full Coverage policy. I have returned my rental car, when can I expect security deposit to be released?

Deposit will be unblocked as soon as operation between banks is completed. It usually takes from 3 to 28 business days from the day your rental car was dropped off.
