Pick up point Hertz staff excellent, quick and helpful, quick copy of car condition report sent after pick up - not so quick on return (still waiting after 24hrs).

The staff, both on reception and who handed the car over to us, were very friendly and professional. We didn t have to wait long for the pick-up. We also needed to extend the hire and that was done quickly and professionally over the telephone.

the site for car pickup is different that shown on documents. It is not downtown Nottingham but in an industrial estate some distance away. this needs to be sorted
