The car was provided by Alamo and the counter, pick-up and drop-off staff were all very helpful indeed. I had specifically booked a premium saloon and they told me it would in fact not be that but an estate car. When I said I didn| t want an estate they immediately showed me the alternatives and let me have an upgraded car without question.

I’m always suspect about these different discount sites. Economy bookings was great it’s a second time I’ve used them once here in Indianapolis and another in Fort Myers where it’s very difficult to get a reasonable rate for a car.. I will absolutely use economy bookings again

The representative at the counter was accommodating and pleasant to work with. She got us in a vehicle and out the door quickly. I think her name was Mehret. Also, the guy handling the returns was very pleasant the dealt with the return quickly—all in all, a very positive experience.
