You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings. How do I withdraw funds from the E-Wallet to my original payment method?

Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking.
