You can change your booking at any time If you have already made a booking, you are free to change the time and/or the place.

Don’t forget that the following is always possible:

Book later – postpone your rental for as long as two years. Our customer support offers no limits on the amount or type of changes required, or within what period, however we advise to do so in advance to avoid last-minute cancellation fees.

Go somewhere else – choose a car in a different destination.

Whatever you decide, you can change your booking by contacting our Customer Support by either phone or email. We suggest email for faster feedback due to the high number of inbound calls.

Please note that we don’t charge customers for changing their bookings, however we cannot guarantee the same price for you rental.

If you paid a booking deposit, or booked with suppliers with individual Cancelation policy the rules most likely will differ and we suggest customers to refer to the Car Rental Companies Terms of Rental directly.

To see your rental terms, access your booking, enter your email address and booking reference number, then on the left side of screen click on ‘Print Voucher’. You’ll find the cancellation policy under ‘AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION’.

Important: Due to a high number of global cancellations refunds may take several weeks. A popular alternative for our customers is a compensation voucher which provides you with faster access to car rental service products. This voucher is issued for the amount you paid upon booking and is valid for 2 years!

What is a Compensation Credit Voucher?

This is a unique voucher code that can be applied to future bookings. The voucher:

  • Will be equal to the full value of the charged amount upon the initial booking
  • Will be valid for 24 months from the date it is issued
  • Will be applicable to any car rental location and car rental type of your choice
  • Can be used more than once in case Compensation Credit Voucher amount exceeds the value of your next car rental payment
