You can change your booking at any time If you have already made a booking, you are free to change the time and/or the place.
Don’t forget that the following is always possible:
Book later – postpone your rental for as long as two years. Our customer support offers no limits on the amount or type of changes required, or within what period, however we advise to do so in advance to avoid last-minute cancellation fees.
Go somewhere else – choose a car in a different destination.
Whatever you decide, you can change your booking by contacting our Customer Support by either phone or email. We suggest email for faster feedback due to the high number of inbound calls.

Please note that we don’t charge customers for changing their bookings, however we cannot guarantee the same price for you rental.

If you paid a booking deposit, or booked with suppliers with individual Cancellation policy the rules most likely will differ and we suggest customers to refer to the Car Rental Companies Terms of Rental directly.
To see your rental terms, access your booking, enter your email address and booking reference number, then on the left side of screen click on ‘Print Voucher’. You’ll find the cancellation policy under ‘AMENDMENTS & CANCELLATION’.
You can cancel your booking in „My Bookings” section or by sending a cancellation email to email@example.com.
Bought Full Coverage?
Cancelling your rental will automatically cancel your Full Coverage and you will get a full refund of the protection you paid if you cancel 24 hours before your rental is due to start.
