So far it was a great service and value. Italian customer service is not the best all around so I can not say too much about that. Once I get my deposit refunded I would be very happy with all the experience. It is in the dna to get the most money from you but that happens also across all the rental companies. So it is wise to be informed.
It was quick and easy to get the car. We got an upgrade size for the same price. Price was really good
