What is rebooking?

EconomyBookings may rebook your fully prepaid reservation if the rental price decreases between the time of booking and up to 72 hours before the start of the car rental.

What about my booking details? Wouldn't it affect them?

No, all booking details including pick-up/drop-off dates and location(s), car rental supplier and car class in case of rebooking remain unchanged.

What do I need to do to get my bonus?

You will need to register on EconomyBookings and activate the E-Wallet.

How soon do I need to activate my E-Wallet?

The E-Wallet must be activated within 44 days after the drop-off date, otherwise the amount will not be available.

How can I use my bonus?

You can pay with it for the next car rental on EconomyBookings.

How can I not use my bonus?

You cannot use it to pay for car rental directly to the rental company at the time of pick-up.

How long is my bonus valid?

The amount saved is valid for 2 years from the date of receipt to the E-Wallet.
