To withdraw the funds to the original payment method, please follow the link in the cancellation confirmation email.

When canceling a booking, top up your Credit Wallet to save the amount paid. You will see the message "Booking canceled". Also you will receive email notification that booking was canceled. You will see E-Wallet balance in your User Profile immediately. You can use the balance you saved to pay for a new booking. Please note that you will not be able to cancel your booking if your rental period has already started.
