The staff was really great. The car was exactly what I booked. The drop off process was easier than most of the big rental companies like Avis etc. great experience.

렌터카 업체에 대해서는 매우 만족한다. 원하는 차를 배정받았고, 타사보다 저렴했으며, 직원들은 친절했다. 6인승 차량 중에서 컴팩트한 사이즈여서 낯선 운전 환경에서도 수월하게 운전했다. 뒷자리 2석은 접이식으로, 접으면 트렁크가 되고 펴면 좌석이 되는 구조다. 중형(24인치 가량) 트렁크 2개가 가까스로 들어갈 수 있는 크기다. 우리 일행은 만족했다. 차량과 렌터카 업체에 대해서는 만족스럽지만, Economy booking사에서 선택하여 선지불한 옵션들이 현지 업체에 제대로 전달되지 않은 점을 확인하여, 다음에 오키나와에 방문하면 economy booking 플랫폼을 경유하지 않고 해당 업체에서 직접 렌탈하려 한다. I am very satisfied with the rental car company. I was assigned the car I wanted, it was cheaper than other companies, and the staff were friendly. Among the 6-seater vehicles, it was compact in size, making it easy to drive even in unfamiliar driving conditions. The two rear seats are foldable; when folded, they become the trunk, and when unfolded, they become seats. It s just large enough to fit two medium-sized (around 24-inch) suitcases. While I m satisfied with the vehicle and the rental company, I discovered that the options I selected and prepaid for through Economy Booking weren t properly communicated to the local provider. Therefore, on my next visit to Okinawa, I d rather rent directly from the company without going through the Economy Booking platform.

Great communication via WhatsApp as soon as we landed. Prompt pickup, friendly driver, immaculate vehicle. Car Pickup 10 mins drive from airport, Informative handover and folder with Okinawan highway code and information. Hire car perfect, economical, good size as requested. Return to airport prompt return and transfer, great service.

Communication was excellent via WhatsApp. They were very accommodating and checked in with us to make sure we were picked up from the airport when we landed. Driver was ready the second we dropped off the car as well. Extremely easy to use, would absolutely use them again.
