Totul s-a desfasurat usor si foarte rapid, totul e organizat cu profesionalism. Am primit masina foarte curata, aproape noua. Staff-ul amabil si eficient. La intoarcere, masina a fost verificata, apoi am fost dusi cu microbuzul la aeroport. Recomandam cu caldura, vom reveni, cu siguranta.

We arrived on May 5, 2026 at 23:00 after a long and tiring flight, only to realize we had made a mistake in our booking. At that point, Kathrine at the Europcar Greece front desk stepped in and helped us with incredible patience and professionalism. She handled everything calmly and efficiently, turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a smooth and positive experience. I’m sorry I don’t know her last name, but she truly deserves recognition. This level of service made a big difference for us, and it’s exactly the kind of experience that builds trust. Although our ferry was many hours late due to weather and mechanical issues, Ria and her husband waited in the rain to meet us with our car. Great friendly service for both pick-up and drop-off. car was great, and very economical on gas. Would happily recommend Naxos Fast Motor Rental!
