tutto, già cliente, già mezzo censito, niente coda al ritiro, niente coda alla consegna. Avevo già chiamato in ufficio qualche giorno prima della partenza per accertarmi fosse tutto confermato come da prenotazione. Velocità e cortesia nelle burocrazie del caso e navetta aeroporto/deposito per ritiro auto. Ho avuto anche la fortuna di poter chiedere loro un ombrellone che era disponibile, ovviamente in forma gratuita. Voto 11.

Car was exactly what I ordered. New, spotless, sat nav, everything. Absolutely perfect. Pick up and drop-off were simple and quick. As highlighted in the negative comment section though, this was because from past experience I made sure to take time to read through all terms, conditions and details. This was time consuming and stressful, but made for a better experience . I just wish those terms and conditions around insurance and deposit were made more clearly, honestly and easier to read. BUT! A very positive experience this time and no real complaints at all with the actual rental!
