I received a great rate, which initially gave me some pause. However, the customer service experience was spectacular - beyond my initial expectations. It was an easy and quick desk encounter with "Hanny" at the Dollar Car Rental office, and the vehicle was easy to locate just steps away from the rental office. The return was also quick and easy. A tremendous experience overall.
