Dollar had no staff in the car garage. The car had paint scrapes and a number of fender and door dents. This required returning to the rental desk in the airport, getting a damage form, returning to the car and listing all damage, then returning to the rental desk again to have the form signed by the Dollar staff. A time wasting effort that could of been avoided if they had someone in the garage. However, best to do the extra effort than get billed for damage that was already on the vehicle.
