      What should I do if my flight was cancelled/delayed?

      1. Contact EconomyBookings or the Car Rental Provider Immediately

      - Notify them of your situation: Inform the rental company about your flight delay or cancellation as soon as possible.​

      - Request a grace period: Ask if they can hold the car for you or reschedule the pick-up time.​

      2. Cancel Your Booking via EconomyBookings

      - Log into your account: Go to the Bookings section of your User Profile.​

      - Cancel the booking: If your rental period hasn't started, you can cancel the booking to receive a refund in the form of BookingCredit™.​

      Cancellation must be made at least 48 hours prior to the pick-up time.

      3. Rebook for New Dates

      Use your BookingCredit™: apply the credit from your canceled booking towards a new reservation with updated dates and times.
