The insurance company Transparo made a rating of cars preferred by people of various professions in Germany.

According to data obtained during research, Citroen became the most popular car among electricians, secretaries and teachers. They drive Citroen cars 70% more frequently at average than people of other professions.

An absolute leader in using by a certain profession became Opel: these cars are driven by 17.5% of house painters. The second best by this criteria is BMW which is driven generally by doctors (14.6%).

Renault is popular among office clerks and salespeople – 7.4% and 7.3% representatives of these professions' drive models of this make. Fiat is more often chosen by chairside assistants – (7.5%). Toyota has shown its best result among doctors. Despite BMW cars are popular among medical men as well, 4.9% of doctors prefer Japanese vehicles though.

Data has been received by Transparo company specialists based on 60,000 customers who have bought its vehicle insurance policies. Specialists associate preferences of German motorists with their income level.
