I was about 1 and a half hour early. Attendant said no car was available because I was early for my rental. If I wanted vehicle it was cost me more, so I said I would wait. Sitting in the waiting area a gentleman called me over and said let s get you in a vehicle even though it s early and at no additional cost. It was the next size up from what I had ordered. He got me the vehicle and so on and I was on my way. I thanked him very much. When I turned the vehicle in it was very easy.

The staff at Sixt - in both locations - were amazing. There was no hard sell at collection nor petty complaints about car damage on drop off. The car was in great condition. I would certainly recommend using Sixt and Economy Bookings.

Pick up car at Philadelphia Airport was fast and easy. The car only had 15000 miles and was very clean. The staff helped me to understand some new features in the car. The price was reasonable. I would recommend this car company to anyone.
