The booking went very smooth. The driver held a placard with my name so contrary to my apprehensions it was very easy to locate the driver. The car was neat and clean and the driver was very helpful in taking me around the city. All the charges were very transparent. The WhatsApp updates helped. The service provider Gozo also had a helpline number. The gentleman on the call was helpful as well. Overall no complaints. Great service.
