Met at arrivals Hall by Kasina Rep with my name on a placard. Just 40 metres to the Kasina Desk. Fast process & then took me to an adjacent Phone Shop to buy a Local SIM Card. Then guided by the Rep to the Terminal kerbside to inspect & sign for the Car. Probably one of the best & easiest pick-ups I ve ever done. Amazingly it was painless considering my inbound flight was 6.5 hours late arriving. I updated my ETA several times via Malaysian Airlines internet whilst airborne! Drop-off was as easy as the pick-up. Met a Rep kerbside & they completed damage & fuel checks whilst we unloaded. Left the key in exchange for a signed completion document. Brilliant!!
