We had a small issue with providing the deposit (had to transfer some money to a credit card etc) and we were helped and supported thoroughly by the wonderful Mimi at the Hertz desk. Smiles all round. Wonderful.

Fantastic customer service. Booked car through third party. When easyJet cancelled our flight and it was moved forward a day meaning we lost 1 National honoured the car for us. Amazing....then on arrival at the pick up point I had ordered electric however we didn’t have an electric charging point. The chap on the desk was efficient and helpful and managed to switch to a manual petrol car which was perfect. The drop off was extremely smooth and the chap again very helpful.
