I couldn’t fault the service. Quick and efficient. My only regret is that I didn’t set the satnav to remember the pick up location at the time I picked the car up, as the paperwork didn’t specify where to return the vehicle!

Excellent experience of car rental with this Company- Free transport to Office- Very clean and well lit - Lovely lady greeted us (2 adults 1 child) She was kind professional and extremely efficient - she even checked via telephone we could return the car to Alicante instead of Mercia which was brilliant,however we were so impressed by everything and everyone at the Mercia branch. your service was fantastic Thank you.
