The car we were first given had a problem with the electronic key/lock. We had be show it two times to the rental staff. Thereafter they agreed and gave us another car (which turned out to be an upgrade)

Rep was very helpful and accommodating. We had to leave our bags at the office while we went to an appointment and the staff were great about it. And when we dropped off the car, the rep gave us a lift to our B&B! AMAZING! Thank you so much!! Excellent overall customer service.

Nicolas was awesome. The facility was clearly understaffed and he was working long hours, this did not show in his service. I was only informed of such because I asked. He was an absolute gent. Upgraded me, answered all of my questions proficiently, top quality customer service. This Polish/Scot needs a raise!!

Initially we had some problems when picking up the car because we received an Open Corsa and there were not space enough on the car boot of the car for our luggage. However thanks to the Enterprise team (thanks Marina) it was sorted out and we got a Ford Focus, the one we have booked, and we could start our trip with all the luggage stored in the back of the car.
