Pick up and drop off was quick and easy and especially made more pleasant by Emily who was welcoming, helpful and so attentive I had to extend my trip by a day. Got through to Emily who facilitated this without issue. Having friendly knowledgeable staff makes all the difference. This is the first time I have used your company at Exeter and have been using hire cars from other companies at least 3 times a year over the past 16years..will definitely use again.

On pick up, I was very impressed with Emily Reed, who took the time to carefully explain the workings of the car which was new to me. Furthermore she wrote out the number for a taxi to take us back to Exeter after we were to drop off the hire car. This proved most helpful.
