I loved the rental car it was brand new and it was a lovely car. The staff were very good. I got a puncture while I had the car and the process to get that sorted out was just a phone call and it all went very smoothly and the rental staff, AA staff and garage staff were very efficient, friendly and helpful. You know how good a rental service is when things go wrong but it gets sorted efficiently.

I had a brilliant experience from the most friendly bus driver bring me to the centre to, collecting my car and dropping it off. Itwas my first time to rent a car and I was all over the place. The gentleman who checked me in was so patient and went through each step in more detail that I’m sure is needed which I really appreciated. He upgraded me as I was travelling so far. Couldn’t have ask for a better experience overall.

The staff were excellent very friendly, 1 of the best hire companies I ve gone with in and out quickly and pick up and drop off at the airport was great as I didn t have to worry about getting a bus and being late.
