I got exactly what I reserved. No surprises or hidden fees. The only concern I had was it was not communicated to me that I needed to bring a copy of my BC insurance document for proof of transferable insurance. I had not needed to do this with other car rentals. After calling my broker the customer service rep let me sign a waiver.
