We arrived at our destination on time, but our car rental was not ready because cars had not been returned on time. Not a big deal because we werent on a tight schedule. The rental representative, Malik was extremely apologetic and arranged an alternate vehicle for us as soon as he could. He was courteous and helpful. Upon our return to drop off the car, he was at the desk again -my wife joked that he must sleep there! Overall a positive experience.
