Slight hiccup no key in car two employees of the company were working on it immediately and fixed the minor issue. Nice to have a company fix an issue instead of making you feel like it was your mistake.

My flight was delayed into Fort Myers, so upon landing there were no vehicles available at Dollar, so I had to get an Uber. But as compensation, I was upgradied to a large SUV (Mazda CX9). The vehicle was amazing, no issues and very easy drop off process. Highly recommended.

Ease of booking. The counter was located close to the terminal. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. Returning the car took less than 10 minutes and the staff was awesome.
