Overall, it was a very smooth experience. I picked up a few hours early (but the day before) and they were very accommodating. Dollar signage in the lot was not as clear as the other companies signage. The car I was initially issued was in need of service (service now light on) but the representative on duty was able to quickly provide me with a different vehicle.
