The vehicle rented was in the car class I requested and was ready to go. The counter representative was very pleasant, professional and answered all questions I had. The return was quick and easy and the attendant was very nice.

I actually dropped my car off in the wrong area and Richard from Hertz/Dollar not only told me where to park my car, but made sure my baby stayed safe as I did so, and made sure we made our flight due to the loss of time. Exceptional customer service and car. I would highly recommend. It was one of my best rental experiences and meant a lot, being that I was traveling alone with my 1 year old!
