Rental car return at Cleveland Hopkins airport were incredibly helpful. Staff gave myself and 1 yr old a complimentary ride back to terminal which absolutely made my day.

Drop off was bad. The location signage, where to drop off. No representatives working in the early hours. I had to leave it with properly checked in because no one there to help me. Was very stressful
