Pick up time was easy and fast. Staff (Stephanie?) was great! They were a little overwhelmed with cars on return. They were lined up parked into the street. So we weren’t getting a personal checkout at the car. Caused me to miss the shuttle leaving then, but they run lots of shuttles.

The rental agent who checked us in was wonderful! I can t remember her name, but she worked out of the Hertz counter – – I guess they have an agreement with Dollar? And I remember that her lineage was American Indian.

My only complaint is that they moved me from what I expected would be a FWD compact SUV to a full size Grand Cherokee with 2WD RWD that is suboptimal for use in the mountains of Utah.
