Booking the car was easy. Getting the car was easy. The issue I did not like was how expensive the car insurance was. We paid 1,000 for car insurance which as way more that the rental car.

Very positive experience. The rental company was immediately able to pull up our reservation (which has sometimes been problematic when we used other third party rental sites) and we were able to get going quickly and easily.
