I want to know more about Last Minute Cancellation
Last Minute Cancellation gives you an opportunity to cancel your booking up until 1 hour before pick-up without paying the cancellation fee. The validity period of Last Minute Cancellation begins on the date of its purchase and ends one hour before pick-up.
What are the Last Minute Cancellation restrictions
Last Minute Cancellation is not valid if you cancel your booking less than one hour before pick-up.
When you cancel your booking, the price of Last Minute Cancellation remains non-refundable.
If you have purchased Last Minute Cancellation and cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to pick-up, you will receive in your E-Wallet the full amount paid, excluding the cost of Last Minute Cancellation. Please note that in this case you will not be able to withdraw the funds to your original payment method and can only use them for future rentals.
You can cancel your Last Minute Cancellation within 24 hours from the moment you have added it to your booking.
How to cancel a booking?
Online booking cancellation is available in the Bookings section of your User Profile. Please sign in to your User Profile or register using the email specified during the booking process.
