Excellent value. Car booked through Alamo and it was £100s of pounds cheaper than booking direct with no difference in service. Car was perfect. 100% reccommend use.

Staff were excellent , Greg ( could be Bret ) at drop off was extremely competent and dispelled any stress because we did have a couple of issues with the car ( no one at fault )

Very unhappy as my flight was cancelled n economy bookings did nothing to help whereas if I had booked directly with the car hire company they would have refunded the part I could use

Service and vehicle were grea t. There was a crack in the windscreen which was not noticed until we were on our way. However, I called and reported it immediately and it was noted so staff were aware on drop off

We got to select the car we wanted at the airport, which I found weird (usually I thought it was assigned). The exact make and model was not available though. The staff member at check-in was extremely helpful. I also liked how all the charges were already paid, and I didnt have to add anything and there were no surprises.

A great experience, especially when traveling and want to be able to get on your way quickly. Staff was very attentive and got you out of there in the car that you booked very quickly and professionally.
